
About Dr. Goodell
Bradley Goodell is an Organizational Development Psychologist and holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, as well as an MBA.
Dr. Goodell also has certificates from Cornell University in Strategic and Executive HR Leadership and Data and Predictive Analytics. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Hamline University where he majored in Psychology and completed a Certificate in Conflict Management.
Dr. Goodell also has a Workplace Health and Wellness Certification from WELCOA. He completed his post-doctoral fellowship at University of Minnesota Physicians and earned his MBA from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
Dr. Goodell has nearly 15 years of experience as an organizational consultant. He has worked in the areas of strategic planning, conflict management, leadership coaching and development, leadership strategy development, team building and management, work styles assessments, and organizational structure assessment and restructuring.
Dr. Goodell is the owner and managing partner at BDG Strategic Consulting, LLC. BDG Strategic Consulting takes an integrated approach to organizational development by recognizing that employees can only be healthy if their workplace is healthy.
He enjoys being a consultant and loves helping organizations, managers, and individual employees move toward a place of better organizational “well-being.” Additionally, he serves as a long-term faculty member and professor in the Applied Business Program at the University of Minnesota’s College of Continuing and Professional Studies.
